1. Booking confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed with an advance payment, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
2. Advance payment policy
The advance (token) amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Rescheduling policy
Clients can reschedule their shoot by informing us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, the advance amount will remain secured (retained) and adjusted for the new booking date.
4. In case of cancellation by Reelrr
If Reelrr is unable to fulfill a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or emergencies), we will offer either:
- A full refund of the advance amount, or
- A rescheduled date at no additional cost.
